Benefits:

  • Full-time employees can enroll in a company healthcare plan after 60 days of employment. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their dependents, with the company covering varying percentages of insurance premiums.

Additional Information:

  • The Source offers bonuses to employees who refer new hires: $250 for recruiting hourly employees, $500 for recruiting senior managers, and $1,000 for recruiting directors and above.
  • A majority-female executive team leads the company.
  • The Source hosts Employee of the Month lunches offsite, as well as weekly lunches at different work sites. Each establishment also hosts dress-up days, themed around Sunday football, luaus, and music.
  • Various people in the company, from hourly employees to executives, pioneered a transition from in-store sales to curbside pickup during Nevada’s COVID-19 stay-at-home order.

  • Employees engage in various community service activities, including volunteering with Three Square Food Bank, Opportunity Village, St. Baldrick’s Foundation, Last Prisoner Project, Ink Ribbon Foundation, Friends of Parkinson’s, Forgotten Not Gone, and Nevada Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Other volunteer efforts include packaging food for childhood nutrition, packaging for food rescue and distribution, and aiding senior meal programs.
  • Employees are allowed flexible hours to accommodate school events and doctor visits.
