Benefits:
- Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in Jardín’s health care plan after 90 days of employment.
- Jardín pays 50% of the premium toward employees’ medical coverage and pays 100% of the premium toward employees’ life insurance.
- After one year of employment, employees have seven days of paid time off, including additional days for community service activities/volunteer work.
- Jardín implemented a 401(k) program in Q1 2022.
- The company offers flexible hours to accommodate school events and other family needs.
- Product samples are offered to all employees on a regular basis (at least once per month). Additionally, all employees are entitled to a standing 30% discount on all products, as well as free apparel on a quarterly basis.

- Employees receive quarterly cash bonuses based on individual and company performance. In Q3 2021, Jardín paid bonuses (totaling $100,000) to the entire staff.
- Employee of the Month is recognized for each department in the company, and the top three employees across all departments are recognized with store credit (ranging from $35-$100) and other incentives (e.g., VIP parking).
- Jardín regularly hosts events and activities designed to support and show appreciation for all employees, including yoga sessions, in-house chair massages, food trucks, and more.
- Employees are regularly rewarded with the opportunity to participate in events, parties, nightclub outings, etc. For example, in October 2021, all employees were rewarded with VIP tickets to a three-day music festival; each ticket had a value of $1,800.
- The company provides the opportunity to participate in activities like in-house art projects, annual PRIDE parade, and more.
- Jardín is particularly focused on serving the veterans community, providing a standing 25% discount for all veterans. Jardín’s first day of operations was Veterans Day.
