Oregon Cannabis Commissioners Ratify Stipulated Settlement on Recreational Marijuana License

Oregon cultivators received fines in accordance with state regulations.

Portland, OR --  At its monthly meeting Jan. 25, 2018, the Commissioners of the Oregon Liquor Control Commission ratified the following fines and/or marijuana license suspensions and destruction orders based on stipulated settlement:

Hot Box Farms, 120 E. Washington St. in Huntington, will pay a fine of $1,485 or serve a nine-day recreational marijuana retail license suspension for one violation. The violation is for the licensee or licensee’s employees, agents, servants, or representatives permitting the use or consumption of marijuana in or on the licensed premises or in surrounding areas under the control of the Licensee. Licensee is Hotbox Farms, LLC; Steven Meland, Jeremy Breton, members.

Dreamfield Transfer Services will pay a fine of $4,950 or serve a 30-day recreational marijuana wholesaler license suspension for one violation. The violation is for the licensee or its employees, agents, or representatives operating other than as their license permits by selling, delivering, transferring, transporting, purchasing, or receiving marijuana items when it delivered, transferred or transported cannabinoid extracts to a Producer licensee. Licensee is Dreamfield Transfer Services Inc.; Charles Weller, Nicholas Erler, corporate principals.

TMW Farms must destroy marijuana items in accordance with OLCC rules. The violation is for the licensee or its employees, agents, or representatives operating other than as its license permits by selling, delivering, transporting, purchasing, or receiving marijuana items when it sold, delivered, transported, purchased or received cannabinoid extracts. Licensee is Dawn Sayles.
