Chris Kudialis has spent over a decade covering cannabis legalization. He began as a reporter with the Las Vegas Review-Journal in 2015, when Nevada had been medical-only for almost two years and the first dispensaries were just opening. Chris moved over to the Las Vegas Sun in 2016 to cover adult-use passing on the November ballot and the launch of rec sales in 2017. National media then began coming to him for cannabis insight and coverage.
Chris' 2024 book, Weed and Loathing in Las Vegas, spotlights the politics, anointed players and casino clout that drive Nevada's billion-dollar adult-use industry.
