The Bloom Brand is voluntarily recalling a batch of products sold earlier this month in California, urgently telling retail buyers and consumers that “Batch Number B-180504 contains the pesticide Myclobutanil and does not comply with the Bureau of Cannabis Control (BCC) standards.”
The products include: BloomVape 0.5g, BloomVape 1g, BloomOne Disposable 300mg and BloomDrop 800mg. The batch in question was sold between July 1 - 19 in California only.
We’ve reached out to The Bloom Brand for additional information about how this pesticide issue came to light after products had been sold. We will update this story as we learn more.

The Bloom Brand and its manufacturer/distributor, Greenfield Organix 4th St., are voluntarily recalling a batch of cannabis products from certain California retailers (no other states have been affected). The product in question was sold between July 1-19, 2018, and applies to all products containing the Batch Number B-180504.
Batch Number B-180504 contains the pesticide Myclobutanil and does not comply with the Bureau of Cannabis Control (BCC) standards. We are working closely with the BCC to remedy this issue and expect clean, compliant products to be back on shelves in three weeks.
Please see the list of affected California stores, product names and strains below. Retailers and products not listed below are not affected by this voluntary recall. If you suspect that you are affected by the recall, please return the product to the retailer where it was purchased for a full refund. DO NOT CONSUME this product if you have it in your possession as it is deemed that it may be harmful to your health and wellbeing.
